C&E Branch History Book Project Executive Committee
  • An Executive Committee will represent the Board for day-to-day management of the Project Listed Below;

  • Progress of the contracted Author BGen W.J. Patterson (Ret’d);

  • Matters concerning Project Communication, Marketing and Fundraising initiatives including the development of plans for each;

  • Provision, performance and payment (including fees and expenses) of contracted researchers;

  • Coordination of the input of contributing authors on a case-by-case basis to assist the Author; co-authors expenses will be reimbursed through the Executive Committee;

  • Liaison with the Military C&E Museum Foundation on matters relating to the receipt and accounting for all donations to the Project, related tax receipts and thank you letters to donors; payment of fees to researchers and reimbursement of actual and reasonable expenditures to researchers, co-authors and members of the Executive Committee;

  • Liaison with the Home Station Commanding Officer on matters relating to support provided by the C&E Military Museum including the provision of office space for the Author, researchers and co-authors, access to the Museum Archives and other files and the provision of secretarial support. Home Station Commanding Officer is signing authority for service contracts required by the Project and beyond the scope of the Executive Committees authorized limits; and

  • Management of a Project Web Page.
